Bob Moser founded Prime Group and has over 20 years’ experience as an owner, operator and developer of institutional-grade real estate. He oversees all operations, strategic initiatives and investment activities of Prime Group, and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee.  Over the past few years, Prime Group has grown to become the largest private owner-operator of self storage in the United States. Bob began his career in the 1990’s as a commercial real estate broker with RJM Properties, where he originated investment sales throughout the northeastern U.S. Bob resides in Saratoga County with his wife and children.  He and his family are substantial supporters of local charities including Albany Medical Center’s Cleft-Craniofacial Center. Bob is a member of the Trustees of Union College.  He has a BA, with Honors, in Economics from Union College.

Doug Kotelly oversees Prime Group’s investment originations, fund-raising and investor relations.  He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Doug has over 30 years of institutional real estate experience in virtually all U.S. property and capital markets. He has originated and closed over $2 billion of private equity real estate investments during his career, including 10 years running the joint ventures origination team at Boston-based Overland Capital. Prior to that time, Doug sourced equity co-investments for affiliates of KeyBank and Bank of America, and acquired and managed properties for SunLife Financial. He began his real estate career as an investment analyst for UBS. Doug has an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Boston College, where he ran Varsity Track & Field.

Dave Galkiewicz coordinates the closings of all property acquisitions and serves as a liaison with all lenders. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Dave also manages the implementation of Prime Group's computer systems. He has 15 years of real estate industry experience. Dave joined Prime Group in 2003. He has a BS in Business Management from Siena College.

Roger Burgin is head of operations for Prime Group Holdings.  Roger oversees all property management, construction, marketing and related functions for the company.  Prior to joining Prime Group, he held senior operations positions for Great Value Storage, Simply Self Storage, Platinum Storage and Public Storage.  Roger is a U.S. Army veteran.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

As Chief Compliance Officer for Prime Group Holdings, Brianna Pearce implements and monitors the activities, policies and protocols of the company and its funds. Prior to joining Prime Group, Brianna was Associate General Counsel for Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company, where she provided legal advice related to the firm's financial planning practice and affiliated insurance business. Brianna earned her JD from Albany Law School, MBA from Clarkson University (formerly Union Graduate College) and BS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Brian Patterson, CPA, oversees all portfolio management activities on behalf of Prime Group, including functions related to revenue optimization, payroll management and portfolio analysis. Prior to joining Prime Group, Brian oversaw multiple teams of fund accountants at LeverPoint Management LLC. Before that time, he served various Controller positions for Centerbridge Partners, where he ran and grew the accounting function in its Luxembourg office.  Brian also has accounting experience at Fortress Investment Group and Deloitte & Touche. He earned a BSBA in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Stacie Grimes is responsible for all financial governance and accounting activities of Prime Group. She joined Prime Group in 2008.  Stacie has held CFO-level and controller positions in retail, manufacturing and commercial real estate. She has a BA in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.

Angela Evans is responsible for all human resources and personnel activities of Prime Group.  She is a certified professional with over 15 years of human resources experience, encompassing fields as diverse as healthcare, mechanical contracting, high-tech manufacturing, real estate and environmental services.  Prior to joining Prime Group, Angela was involved in various senior level human resources roles at Albany Community Action Partnership, Belvedere Health Services and General Control Systems.  She has a BS in Human Resource Management from Empire State College, and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from The Human Resource Certification Institute.

Lisa Moser oversees all administrative and personnel operations of Prime Group. She joined Prime Group in 2005 and since then, has successfully implemented a series of operational controls and marketing initiatives. Lisa has 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously, she was Staff Manager with Verizon Communications, where she was responsible for customer service and employee productivity for regional districts throughout New York. Lisa has a BA in Sociology, with an emphasis in Business, from Siena College.

Tom Richardson manages and coordinates all construction and development activities of Prime Group. He has over 20 years of experience in ground-up construction, cost estimation, design and project management. Prior to joining Prime Group, Tom held project management responsibilities for Bonacio Construction, Bast Hatfield, Gordon Development and NewGround. He also is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.

Eva Sackal is head of all marketing and brand development activities of Prime Group.  She has over 16 years of progressive marketing, sales and branding experience, most recently at Mirbeau Hospitality Services.  Prior to Mirbeau, Eva served for several years with Troy, NY-based Evident Technologies as Director of Business Development and Marketing, where she directed all marketing aspects of Nightmarker, a military and defense business unit.  She earned a BA in Political Science from High Point University.

John Burke oversees the leasing and revenue optimization of all commercial real estate within Prime Group's self storage portfolio. John has a diverse real estate background including being Founding Member and former CEO of the Upstate New York franchise of Select Sotheby’s International Realty and Managing Director of Core BTS. He earned a BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Dan Bierbach originates new storage acquisitions on behalf of Prime Group.  Dan is based out of Prime Group's Denver, Colorado office.  He previously held origination positions with Red Dot Storage, Black Creek Capital and Prologis, among others.  Dan earned an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Samir Kulkarni oversees all information technology initiatives for Prime Group. He has 14 years of diverse experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration and systems implementation. Prior to Prime Group, Samir worked as an IT management consultant for several mid-sized businesses across New York State. He holds an MS in Information Technology from Clark University and a BS in Engineering from Pune University.

Heather Stinson is responsible for all training protocols for field personnel. She trains employees in disparate locations and implements a standardized, customer-oriented approach to all facility-level policies and procedures. Heather formerly held positions of increasing responsibility in the Sales Program Development division of Charter Communications. She earned a BS in Marketing Management from Siena College.
